Brown Bag Bagels

4 N Main St, Wendell, NC 27591

Brown Bag Bagel is the premiere spot for coffee, tea, and bagels in Wendell. This is a husband and wife team who are new to the business, and they're really raising the roof...or the dough, if you want to be technically correct! This is going to be your prime espresso and coffee spot, regardless of your favorite flavors. These are very similar to the boiled bagels that you find in New York. The breakfast combination special allows you to order all of the things you really want, and you still get to save some money! Stop by this family owned business for great service.

Aubreys and Peedies Grill

Aubreys and Peedies is a fast food type restaurant with a lot to offer those who enjoy the traditional American selections. This Western North Carolina restaurant will remind you of the Happy Days restaurants. With all of the simple yet delicious concoctions that you know and love, every time you come here you'll be able to find something to enjoy. We love that they serve up fried bologna sandwiches here, just like Mom used to make. Be sure to try out their cheese sandwiches with the apple slices, it's a great flavor combination to be tested. You'll love it here!

Wendell Tap Room

Wendell Tap Room is a new American sports bars with a bar and grill that's going to keep you satisfied for the entire duration of your stay. We love their variety of sandwiches here, they're all constructed with quality in mind. There are six televisions for you to watch the big game on, and they're known to be very relaxed with the channel choices, so if you have something you want to see, just ask your server! Be sure to try out the crowd pleasing favorites which seem to be the Turkey Sandwich, Philly Steak, and their canned Aviator beer that's turning heads!

Agave Mexican Bar & Grill

18 W 3rd St, Wendell, NC 27591
(919) 564-3444
Agave Mexican Bar & Grill is here for all of your southwestern cravings and flavorful food needs. You won't have to worry about substandard Mexican offerings when you walk through the festive doors of this establishment. The shredded chicken has a spiciness that's really enjoyable. They don't have a liquor license just yet, and we don't have a crystal ball, but we see a lot of margaritas being served up here in the future months. You can feed many people here without worry about breaking the bank, and that's one of our biggest drawing points to a restaurant in Wendell.

Boulevard Pizza

2925 Wendell Blvd, Wendell, NC 27591
(919) 365-0040
Boulevard Pizza has food that's sure to hit the spot, regardless of what you might be craving. Their housemade dressing is our favorite in the area, and the locals seem to agree, as they ask for it to be bottled. The pizza here is cooked inside of a wood fired pizza oven, which gives it a flavor that can't be replicated. Be sure to try their famous Spinach Calzone, the green makes you feel less guilty about eating all of the cheese and bread. They even offer things like Chicken Gyros and Eggplant Parmigiana. We look forward to trying this place out again!
